My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

I will definitely using Bob’s Lock, Safe & Key for more future mishaps.

Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again

Called to have a tech come to our church building to repair a lock on an outside metal door. The key was only working intermittently.
In less than an hour a technician came. He said he was Tech the Tech.
He took the entire lock apart, aligned all the parts, lubricated and sealed it, and at our request made some new keys on the spot to replace our old worn ones.
He was polite, personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. We plan to have him back to replace some other hardware.
