Don’t use this place. We were charged $350 just to get into our house. The tech didn’t even pick the lock – he drilled into it and broke it. A different place would have picked the lock for $115, but I didn’t know I would have been charged $350 until the guy got here. Stay away from this business, because you will get scammed. We were originally told $275 (which is outrageous) and $75 in fees were added without warning.

EDITED 5.28.2025:
I initially had a locksmith come out on Sunday morning to open the door to my home. The tech was good, though slow (I was quoted a 4 hour wait, then waited for over 6 hours), and drilled out my lock. I was initially overcharged, so I recommend you get clarity on prices before you let them do any work. The local customer support is ok, but they needed me to pay with cash rather than a card or sending me an invoice online, but the national customer support is great, and they helped make things right with a partial refund, so I’ve increased my review from 1 to 3 stars. I do think that the cost for service is still more than it’s worth (initial cost was $580, after the refund it was $380 which means that another local locksmith, or buying a drill, or even breaking a window may still be cheaper), but if drilling out your own lock or breaking down your door is not an option for you, they will get you into your building. In my situation, buying a new drill and door handle from Lowe’s would cost $60 for a drill, $30 for a door handle, and $10 for a set of drill bits. That’s 1/6 of my initial cost, and 1/4 of the cost post-refund. They will do the work you hire them for, but you may be happier if you consider other options. 3 stars.

They texted us instead of calling us back to say they do not have technicians in the area at all—not in the next hour, just period they don’t have anyone working in Syracuse at all. This should be clearer on their website or have their business locations paused on Google maps so people don’t waste their time calling. Or tell us when we talked to you on the phone just a moment ago! Just a little odd.
