Excellent service, my sister had lock issues. I tried fixing it and messed things up more. I called and within 30 minutes they were there to help. They fixed my mess in just a few minutes. They were very nice and have fair and reasonable pricing. A big THANK YOU TO CLARK’s HOME SECURITY!

If I could give 10 ⭐ Stars I would. Randy kicked Butt! He even had to come back with a different kind of key and made it happen. I’ve been without keys to my car and house because of unified police. The Mill Creek sanction since Sunday, June 12th and I’ve had to rekey my whole entire home and get a new car key made due to the police and there’s no property of mine booked and conveniently enough,Their computers have been updating and the cop that arrested me works graveyards and is not back on duty until Saturday graveyard shift. Randy, I can’t tell you how much this impacts my life being stranded with no money. My kids taken no car and my brand new bronco impounded. This has been incredible. Thank you! You’re an amazing soul and you deserve a raise.

Awesome and speedy service. Urgently needed a car key fob to be replaced and programmed. Shawn was able to re-program our Ford without any original key within the hour and provide us a pair of new car keys. Fantastic service overall. Strongly recommend

When I called the first time he didn’t even ask me the make or model of my vehicle before saying he doesn’t make car keys (for newer vehicles) and hung up cool I could understand if you just didn’t do them in general but I called back cause I drive a 97 with a metal key and he then tells me he does cut keys for cars but he doesn’t have a blank for my model very respectful and gave me good info so I appreciate that but super confused on how he doesn’t have a blank for my car 😂

I lost my key and they were able to make another one for me in about 15-20 minutes once they got there so very quick. They did come out on a Sunday and it was 101 degrees out so they’re willing to help out when ur really stuck in a bind. The tech coming out will call and msg you with updates on how far away they are to keep you in the loop. And speaking on the phone with customer service they are very polite and try to help with an issue you might have.

Lost our key at sunset mountaining biking with the my kids. Phil was able to come out quickly and unlock our car during a cold stormy night. Luckily we left a spare key in the car. Prices were fair and clear as we were at a trailhead 15 minutes from the town of Hurricane.

Best of all he is very friendly and let my kids stay warm in his truck while working. It was also a holiday (Presidents Day) at 7pm and he was still happy to come help us out when we needed it. Thanks again!

If you want honest work, they are the ones to call. An emergency came up and they were at my door in 30 min with different options to choose from. The lock installment I got has worked incredibly well with no issues, and the price was more than fair for the quality I received. Very professional service and I would highly recommend.

Best experience ever!!!! I initially had an appointment with the dealership to get My key programmed and cut and they were going to charge me $85 and have me wait 45 minutes.

Instead, I came here first and asked them their price. It was $65 instead of $85. They also took maybe 10 minutes Max. They have the best service ever and I will definitely come back!!!! I 100% recommend coming here instead!!

I needed an apartment door unlocked around 2 AM. Payson Lock & Key were very kind and professional and came right over to help. Opening the door only took a few minutes. I’d absolutely recommend him and his company. It was also the cheapest quote I received that night and had the best customer service even though it was late. Very considerate and answered all my questions. Awesome experience (minus being locked out in the first place haha).
