I bought a used car recently and the key fob was messed up. So I came here hoping to get a new one for my car. The person at the front said that the motherboard in fob worked still and that he would order the shell of my fob and swap them over. He told me he’d call me a let me know. Two weeks later I walk in again because I hadn’t heard anything, and I asked if they had the part. The person at the front (different guy) pulled out their binder and said they never even wrote it down. So I ask if he can order it and he said and wrote it down. I go back two weeks later AGAIN because I still hadn’t heard anything. The guy at the front told me that they hadn’t even order the part, but that they would let me know. So waited a couple of months, and still nothing. So I went online and purchased my own and brought it in to have them swap the motherboard over and if that didn’t work, to program it and cut the key. After 30 minutes it’s of messing with it, they told me that my key fob I brought in wasn’t compatible with the original one. They told me that there was probably 20% chance that it would actually program to my car, and told me they would have to charge $75 to even try. Such a rip off.

The key making process was quick, and the keys work nicely. I bought 2, got 1 free. I would use this kiosk again!

For the 2nd time I had to have my motorhome towed off the side of a mountain pass road! 1st time was7 years ago in Colorado. Ladds Towing did a great job. They took great care with my motorhome as well as the bikes hanging on the back! I’d recommend them any time. They have all the right equipment & great employees!
