I needed two keys for my Honda Pilot. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for almost a half hour but didn’t mind because I wasn’t in a hurry. During that time five other people came in and needed assistance too. He quickly helped all of them and was very professional. I have recommended this business to several friends since then. Considering all that he did for me, the price was extremely reasonable.

These people are liars they give you a price and double it once theyre there. If you cancel them, they will tell you theyre already there and do the job anyway without authorization and very demanding on payment. They told me $150-$200 and charged $320 with all their hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM

Doesn’t cut car keys. New key for a 2003 honda cost $180+…. buy uncut key for $9 on ebay and take it to macs to cut it for $4 i heard

If I could give 10 ⭐ Stars I would. Randy kicked Butt! He even had to come back with a different kind of key and made it happen. I’ve been without keys to my car and house because of unified police. The Mill Creek sanction since Sunday, June 12th and I’ve had to rekey my whole entire home and get a new car key made due to the police and there’s no property of mine booked and conveniently enough,Their computers have been updating and the cop that arrested me works graveyards and is not back on duty until Saturday graveyard shift. Randy, I can’t tell you how much this impacts my life being stranded with no money. My kids taken no car and my brand new bronco impounded. This has been incredible. Thank you! You’re an amazing soul and you deserve a raise.

I have been very impressed with Bob’s lock and key. We had to call them for my place of business, and the gal on the phone was very accommodating and friendly. She was able to take care of us right away. Randy, the service man that came, came when he said he would, and you can tell he truly cared about taking care of our business needs and wanting to be respectful of our door and circumstances as to not damage anything. He was communicative and transparent with our situation. He even came back the next day to gather more details and did not charge us extra. We are moving forward with them and the quote they gave us to help fix our door. Thank you. We appreciate Randy and all that have helped us. Oh, Natasha was amazing too, and helped to answer all our questions on the phone.
