Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. God answered my prayers when I got ahold of Chris at Diversified. While taking my trash barrels out early a.m. with my daughter, unknowingly, the lock mechanism on my door broke when I closed the door. My daughter had her phone. Being early nobody was open until 9.00 a.m. So, for two freezing hours we tried breaking into our home having no keys, no tools except a lone screwdriver and mallet to no avail. The first two companies I called at 9:00 a.m. were too busy to help. Praise God, the third call was Diversified. Chris and son came right out. He identified the problem quickly, had everything he needed on his truck and repaired the door at a price I was able to afford. This is a company you can trust. You can’t ask for anything more than that!

Zion Locksmith absolutely rules! He went above and beyond my expectations—had my key made super fast and for an incredibly fair price. I loved the whole experience and honestly couldn’t recommend him more! The key was also made for my KTM motorcycle so if you lose your bike keys hit him up.

If you want honest work, they are the ones to call. An emergency came up and they were at my door in 30 min with different options to choose from. The lock installment I got has worked incredibly well with no issues, and the price was more than fair for the quality I received. Very professional service and I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service received, these guys are honest, with more than reasonable prices.

At time of calling for a quote they gave a thorough break down of the process, and each of the fees associated- and even advise on what I can do for free through the dealership first, to save some money with them so they don’t have to charge me! I’m sure most other places would be happy to up charge anywhere they can. It really shows how they value the customer, and saving the customer as much money as possible.

I had to wait a couple of days for my key fob to be ordered in, but no big deal. Again, they could have just come out no questions asked, got the key and charged me- only to tell me they don’t have the fob and they would need to come back out for that and charge another programming fee, but Gabe informed me of the special order needed, and I had the option to get both services done under one programming fee, so thank you!

Lastly, they were flexible and accommodating. John came to my home where my car was to make the key while I was at work. Then he waited for me at the store to come pick up my new key, and stayed 40 minutes past close just so I could get my keys that same day! I highly recommend these guys

All I asked for was a quote . Refused to give me one until I gave my personal information. Gave him my information and says there’s no one close to me to help me and hangs up ? What kind of response is that ? For a business that’s horrible service I will never be calling this place again and redirecting anyone that’s thinking of calling them .
