I highly recommend
D and N . I recently had a problem with the ignition / anti theft system in my mini van . Because the van was 10 yes old the dealership didn’t want to help me. 2 other mechanics/technicians tried to no avail. Norman with D and N came out and never gave up, he even took the problem home to work on. He stayed late, then came back early and without his help and hard work it’s very probable that I would have lost my job. Without transportation it is almost impossible to get anywhere from my house in Hockley. I was truly amazed that someone was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I would be able to make it to my job and school. I personally have not seen or heard of outstanding customer service such as this in many decades. I highly recommend this company . Thanks again Norman and D and N.

Had an amazing experience with Lone Star after losing our car key for the past few days. They came out in short notice about an hour drive on a Sunday and helped us and made a new key at a very fair price. Highly recommend!
