This was a convenient location at Kroger in Willis after grabbing groceries. There was a problem with the key I initially picked from the kiosk so I just went with the standard gold one, price was fine considering it doesn’t involve another stop somewhere, quick and easy transaction. Will use again.

I had a RV entry door latch/lock fail and the new latch came without the lock cylinder. James and son James Jr. managed to get the cylinder out of the old latch and inserted in the new one, saving me the hassle of locating and buying a new one.

The process was fairly quick and easy. I did have a little trouble with payment. I tried to use contactless option on my watch, phone, and card without success and had to ‘chip’ the reader. I haven’t had a chance to try the copies, but visually, they look correct.
