Excellent service, Our safe was jammed, the key code was jammed and we lost the key.. Sherwood was able to pick the lock, save the day as our passports and other important info was there.. Fast and very reasonable.. thanks for taking this huge worry away from us.

Several months ago, the key for my 2015 Ford F-150 broke off the fob. Initially, I attempted to use pliers to start the vehicle, but after two months, the key was severely damaged, and starting the vehicle became impossible. The dealership quoted nearly $400 per key, requiring an in-person visit. I searched online and found Lone Star Locksmith Services with excellent ratings. I contacted them, and Jacob promptly came to my residence, providing an outstanding service. I now have two new keys and fobs, including a valet key, all completed at my home. These people are scammers. Was quoted $100 over the phone after he came out and said it would be $650 to open the door. I told him to leave, he went back down to $100 but couldn’t open the door. I eventually told him to leave and he wanted me to pa $85 for a consultation fee. I refused. Please don’t use this company, they are scammers and incompetent.

Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?
