Accurate, fast key duplication. There are 2 locksmiths in my town, I despise going to either. They have an attitude and when I have a key copied and it doesn’t work and I return to file it down or make some correction, they really turn up the attitude.
I was hesitant at first but so glad I went to this machine inside Lowe’s. It does a laser image of the original and cuts the key after. This was the most accurate key I ever had for this particular lock. It’s a business front door, gets opened closed daily, also for lunch. Over the last 20 years we had various success with duplicate keys, this was the best quality (accurate).

There were sharp corners and metal shards hanging off the keys…I rubbed them together to get rid of them. The service was also lacking…in that the prior vendor also offered keychains, this one does not. Keys seem to work OK, but make sure you removed the metal shards before sticking in your lock…

Key Kiosk worked like a charm. I only needed one key; however, the manner in which the questions were asked and the way I was led through the process I ended up with 3 keys at twice what I intended to pay. The keys are great I just ended up with 2 more than I needed.

Used them twice so far, very upfront about cost and was fixed correctly. Even gave me back the old parts to show they were replaced and gave a detailed invoice of the labor parts etc.
