I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn’t in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn’t because of the mistake. It’s because they didn’t take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do… Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I haven’t used Peter’s services yet, but maybe I can save you the trouble of calling this company and I guess just call Peter instead. That’s what they will tell you to do…

Very over price for building lock key copying. Hardware charge $4.00 this key copying machine charge 14 dollars with some added design to it for easy recognition on specific lock. I’m giving it 3 stars because of convenience. The store is close to my house. I will drive to hardware store next time.

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.

I bought a safe from these guys and it has been a year but they gave me a safe that was not inspected correctly and as sold with issues just barely after a year. They wanted to charge me for the locking bolts falling off. Can’t open the safe now, they told me I needed to leave my safe open. How does that make sense it’s a safe not a closet.
Now they won’t help me!

The absolute worst service of anything I’ve ever used. Took their sweet time to get to us even after we told them that we have a 1 year old out in the cold. 2.5 hours!!!

I’ve never left a review but after we were told “our technician is on his way and will be there soon” and then an hour later we we got a call from a tech that said “I’m about to leave. It’ll be 25-30 minutes.” And here we are an hour later and still waiting; yeah, time to leave my first review. Wretched company. Don’t use!!!!
