I called Adi at AccessEdge on a Friday morning regarding re-keying 5 door locks. He indicated he could come to our home at 1:00 pm. He arrived on time and was very professional even explaining the steps to re-key a lock and supply new keys. He finished the work quickly and when he was done, you could not tell any work was done. It looked perfect. Adi was very personable and his pricing was reasonable. We were very pleased and highly recommend AccessEdge.

Was locked out of our house and we were helped out over the phone! Very nice and honest. He could have had us wait and pay for him to unlock the house but he recommended we try a couple things and it worked!! Would absolutely recommend him and will use in the future!

It’s so easy to just run in and get your keys made. I actually even used the service where the key was saved in the system, all I had to do was go in and put in the code. Love the fact that I didn’t have to have the key with me.

The employee didn’t use it correctly. did not cut a crucial part toward the hilt. neither key worked. had to go back and get my money back. I would have done better – I would have read the instructions and followed them. and there is some basic physics involved. Got money back. Lost time and 50 miles travel. Still waiting on them – they are not intangible.Disappointed. Not the manufacturer fault and not the equipment’s fault.
