I called up Golden and talked to Johnnie. He was able to fit me in the next day for a new key fob for my 2015 Toyota Camry. He kept me updated on his schedule and his ETA. When he arrived he was done with the work in 20 minutes or less. So far the key works exactly as expected, I am finally unable to lock and unlock my car using the fob. The key itself starts the vehicle and I have no problems with the ignition. Great communication, great service, and solid price for everything he did. 10/10 would recommend for all your Key needs.

So impressed with our locksmith tonight, David. He called back within a minute of my calling the main number, gave us a predicted arrival time, and he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. He was very professional and kind and had the door open within 2 minutes.

When I compare that to the other locksmith we called, it’s a night-and-day difference – they said a locksmith would call me, and I’m still waiting for that call, 90 minutes later, so thank goodness I called Get Locksmith, too. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m storing their number for the next lockout emergency.

This company saved the day for me. I figured out I had lost my keys at 7pm. They told me a price over the phone and stuck to it once on site. Not too bad a price. They communicated on their ETA and arrived when they said they would at 8pm. I was in my car with a new key within 20min. Losing keys sucks but they helped me out.

These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

I needed a Toyota Tacoma key cut on a Toyota key blank that I had gotten from the dealer. I came in he knocked it out for me real quick works perfectly and it was only eight bucks!! Highly recommended. Very nice gentleman that runs the place

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!

I think key.me kiosks are very good; user friendly & conveniently located. I had 3 copies each of 2 different house keys. The 1st group of 3 copies worked fine. The 2nd group of 3 didn’t turn the lock. Bad luck I guess.

But key.me’s customer service is good. It has an easy way to solve a problem or get a refund via a link in texts that are sent after you get your keys copied. Also, I lost my car keys several months ago.
