Excellent service. Called them at about 1:15 and the guy showed up, unlocked my truck, and programmed 2 new key fobs in about an hour

The employee didn’t use it correctly. did not cut a crucial part toward the hilt. neither key worked. had to go back and get my money back. I would have done better – I would have read the instructions and followed them. and there is some basic physics involved. Got money back. Lost time and 50 miles travel. Still waiting on them – they are not intangible.Disappointed. Not the manufacturer fault and not the equipment’s fault.

It was convenient way to have a duplicate brass house key made. It was surprisingly quick and precisely made. It cost me $5 for a single key or buy 2 get one free. I received 3 keys for $10

It’s so easy to just run in and get your keys made. I actually even used the service where the key was saved in the system, all I had to do was go in and put in the code. Love the fact that I didn’t have to have the key with me.
