The kiosk I used is located in the nearby Kroger in Vinton VA. I had to make copies of my new house keys, and everyone wanted different designs. The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. And I understand that as a 4. They did send a text after to ensure all was well and included their contact info, which was nice, and could be helpful of any problems, but I had none.

If I could give a negative star rating I would! ⭐️ I rarely leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. I brought in a Kwikset combo set with the SmartKey feature, which is designed to be re-keyed in seconds. I thought it would be cheaper and easier to handle it in the shop instead of a service call.

From the start, there was no explanation, no greeting, and zero customer service. They quickly quoted me $20 per lock, and the entire re-keying took about 10 seconds. Despite that, they charged me over $43 plus tax. For context, the entire combo set on Amazon, which included two deadbolts and two entry knobs, cost me just $24 total.

And to top it off, for that outrageous price, I didn’t even get an extra set of keys! They took full advantage by not explaining anything and charging a ridiculous fee for a simple task. I won’t be back, and I strongly advise you to think twice before going here.

I had gone to different places to get my key and fob replaced and programmed. I came here and he was so nice and fixed it. Took a couple of minutes but it was all worth it. Highly recommend this place.

I called Leinos because i locked my keys in my semi truck, they advised me it would take 30-40 mins for them to get to me, Tyler arrived in about 20-25 mins of initial call! Soon as he made it he sprung into action and got my doors unlocked within 10 mins! Great service great communication and very knowledgeable of what they are doing! Good honest ppl that i would recommend to anyway in the North houston area

I went to get a copy of my keys for my car so I could use it. He made the copy but the key was not working. I told him and he said that the key has to be programmed and that I didn’t told him since the beginning. So he told me that I needed to buy a new key for $120 but he was going to give me discount because he made the copy that is not working. So I told him to wait that I let him know. I think he did it to steal my money. If you go to these please be careful with this guy he likes to steal money
