Bee’s Keys was recommended to me, this was my first time using them. They contacted me promptly and setup an appt time/date, they were on time, tech called me before coming out, the technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He was able to install a deadbolt lock and rekey three doors and make additional spare keys to where one key opens all doors. He installed them without any issues, after drilling into one door he cleaned up and thanked me for using them, I plan on using them again and would highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jacob from AJ Locksmith for the installation of a unique smart door lock, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.

From the moment the phone was answered, the sweet wife on the other end was wonderful and helpful! They were there within 15 to 20 minutes and so friendly and great customer service! So if you ever lock your keys in your car don’t hesitate to call them! They were the best!

This family-owned business deserves a 5/5 as they were friendly, polite and quick. I had previously tried to get a spare key (fob and key) for my car and the vendor at Costco (Car Keys Express) had been unable to. Price was pretty similar from what I recall!

PS. Also checked with the dealership which was over double the price!!

I called twice yesterday, my wife forgot her keys inside of the house, they said a technician will call sooner, never called or show up, fortunately, my wife was able to got in to the patio and opened the back door with a card. Not recommended for an emergency call.

I’ve tried to have two different keys copied here and both times they did not work. Maybe I need to pay the $2.99 “upgrade” that offers a “smoother cut”? When they’re already $8.99 a key what the heck am I paying for?

Luckily the refund process was easy and simple, it seems they’re used to their keys not working. Absolutely avoid this company.

Convenient and fast, but kinda pricey. I like that I can get a key made at a location and time that is convenient for me. The first time I used one of these machines I had already been to Walmart and Home Depot to get keys made and NONE of those keys worked. Tried one of these machines out of frustration and the key worked no problem, first time. Just had another house key cut and while this one isn’t flawless, (I thought the key wasn’t going to work the first time I used it) it just takes a little jiggle then works just fine. Super easy, extremely convenient and confident that copies will work so for me, it has saved time and money in the long run.

I liked the KeyMe kiosk. The interface is good and easy to use. The 3 keys took a while, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes, but all 3 keys worked, so the product is well worth the wait!

I called multiple locksmiths in the Carrollton area and found some were unpleasant to talk to and not very professional in my time of need.

With that said I had a very positive experience with Texas Premier locksmith company. David was friendly, responsive, and got everything handled quickly. The service was affordable and exactly what I needed.

On top of that, he went out of his way to help me get my car started, which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and friendly locksmith.

Absolutely terrible experience. Seemed as if they would send someone immediately, but it took multiple hours to get someone on site. Was referred to a secondary vendor and the locksmith said he was 20 minutes away. In reality, it took him over an hour due to a “flat tire”. After 20 minutes I began calling him but he did not answer and had no voicemail…called him 10 times before getting a call back. He told KeyMe he was already on site after 20 minutes, but when I finally spoke to him he apparently had a car accident. Worst locksmith experience I have EVER had.
