I was in the area today and decided to stop by this place since it was literally next door lol! (Dropping off a package) My car key fob was messed up and was wondering if there was anything that could be done for it. An employee named Ray was there and was VERY helpful with my problem! Unfortunately he didn’t have the right kind of battery that my key needed BUT he was able to show me how to replace the battery myself and what kind of battery it needed☺️ I will DEFINITELY make this my go-to business for my key/locksmith issues. I only give 4/5 since he didn’t have the battery on-hand lol. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of 5 ⭐s!

Edit: they sent someone out to fix my fob!
I hate leaving bad reviews but after trying to reach them numerous times and no one ever calling us back (although I was promised a call back “in a few minutes”), I have too. They did a great job re-fobing my car but a month and a half later, the fob is no longer working. We have tried calling to find out next steps, but cannot reach anyone to help us. This was an expensive re-fob and just need help with next steps. So great service, but if you need help afterward, good luck.

Went to Lowe’s to get copies of house keys . Not a single one worked. Very disappointing and wasted time and money.

NO!NO! AND NO! $8.00 for a key when you used to be able to go to the auto center at Walmart and get a key for a buck or 2. Absolutely 10000000% a rip off. AND they ask if you want to make $1.00 donation to plant a tree but don’t give you an option to say no. So you either donate or you don’t get your $8.00 key. The greed is shameful!!!!!

I was charged $10.80 for a plain key in which I believe I read it was going to be a cost of $2.99 but at the end of the key being processed I was charged $10.80 which is misleading. I would not be using this service again nor would I recommend it. Price should be posted up front. I would not use this service again nor would I recommend it. Excellent, skillful technicians came out to unlock my car within an hour for a very fair price. Had my car unlocked in about two seconds (talk about a professional!!) and let me get back to my work and life quickly WITHOUT any damage to my vehicle. Rick you!! Highly recommend. I hope to never need their services again to get my car open, but would happily call them again should I need their assistance.
