Abel is amazing. He got my Ford Fiesta keys cut and programmed as quickly as possible for his busy schedule. Even though his office was closed for the day he made time to help me out and I really appreciated that since the car situation has been so stressful.

He’s got a travel van fully equipped with a laser and anything you could need regarding keys, cutting, and programming. His services are priced fairly and Abel is professional and kind.

I’m glad that I have his contact now because I will always reach out to him for any future key needs.

Outstanding full service locksmith shop with so much more to offer than just keys, or locks and services. They have high end gun and rifle lock cabinets and quality well trained staff. I went in to have my spare auto FOB key battery replaced, and the team member Corbin, who helped me, first meter-checked the non-working remote battery to make sure it wasn’t another issue. It was a great experience overall with my questions answered politely and with a pleasant attitude. I ended getting 2 new batteries for both remotes and the price was better than expected. This will become my family’s go to locksmith in Tomball, TX.

To the gentleman at the Willis ACE Hardware, after about 6 different stops looking for a deadbolt lockset for a 2.5 thick door, he suggested I visit Dawson Safe & Lock. The crew at Dawson Safe & Lock were unexpectedly FANTASTIC! I couldn’t be happier with the complete knowledge, skills, and abilities of this business. I was at the point of feeling I was looking for unobtanium, but these guys were calm, cool, collected, and repaired my original lockset in under 30 minutes. I had thrown the keys, and bolt away in disgust after trying to rebuild it. This crew discovered the initial lockset was falling apart, and damaged internally. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from this company. Despite positive reviews, my experience was severely lacking.

On April 23, 2025, I requested a technician at 6:17 p.m. The technician, Zane Terflinger, responded at 6:25 p.m. with an estimated time of arrival of less than an hour. However, when I contacted him again at 7:33 p.m., he informed me that he would arrive in less than five minutes. Unfortunately, he arrived at 7:40 p.m.

Upon his arrival, Zane spent nearly 30 minutes searching for tools in his truck. He then proceeded to spend another hour, seemingly unsure of what he was doing. Zane estimated that the entire job would take an additional two hours and would charge me $400.

Despite my repeated requests for a new technician, the company was unable to secure one. I attempted to cancel the service, but I was repeatedly transferred to “customer service” by representatives who were clearly uninformed. The technician, Zane, also appeared to be unprofessional and rude when I asked him to leave.

All Zane did during the visit was break my ignition. The image shows his actions in attempting to create a “new key.”

I had an outstanding experience with JAY from High-End Locksmith! He was not only incredibly professional and trustworthy, but also quick and efficient. Jay was in and out in less than an hour, and my car was running perfectly right away. I’ve always been cautious about trusting anyone with my car, but Jay made it so easy by providing all the necessary information. Impeccable service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Quick and easy service.
Kelly and Clint are SO knowledgeable, and she helped me avoid purchasing the WRONG replacement key fob! She expertly programmed it, including restoration of the lost remote trunk release function. Oh, and she’s a pretty good cook, and a very sharp wit!

I would not recommend them. The locksmith came out and could not understand much English. I told him my keys were in my trunk and is he able to get in my trunk. He said yes and proceeded with trying to open driver side door. Once door was open, alarm going off and all buttons inside my car would not work. When I turned to face him, he had let my driver seat down and was standing on my seat trying to pry my backseat down. I immediately told him to get off my seat and stop before he breaks my seats. He could not understand what I was saying to him. After all that, there is damage to my door frame and backseat. Now, after speaking to his company, the locksmith called me to set up a time to fix my car. I called his company to find out how a locksmith that caused the damage was going to fix the damage. Is he a certified mechanic and body work?? They could not answer this. Then the lady I spoke with proceeded to tell me that if I refused to let him come out to fix it, then there was nothing else they could do. She said that he told her he knows how to fix it so that’s why they want him to fix it. Guess that’s one way to not to have to pay for the damages. I have will consult a lawyer tomorrow about what I can do
