I was in the area today and decided to stop by this place since it was literally next door lol! (Dropping off a package) My car key fob was messed up and was wondering if there was anything that could be done for it. An employee named Ray was there and was VERY helpful with my problem! Unfortunately he didn’t have the right kind of battery that my key needed BUT he was able to show me how to replace the battery myself and what kind of battery it needed☺️ I will DEFINITELY make this my go-to business for my key/locksmith issues. I only give 4/5 since he didn’t have the battery on-hand lol. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of 5 ⭐s!

European cars expert/ excellent service
One day I was at the mall with my family and my Audi suddenly decided not to recognize the key (chip failure) so I couldn’t start the vehicle to take me back home. After calling ten different companies, it turned out none of them could do anything about it because “European cars are really hard to work with,” and they all said I’d have to take it to the dealership—which would’ve meant an absurd amount of time and money.

One day, as my last hope, I called another locksmith company, and they recommended Juan from “Chief locks and Auto”. He literally saved the day. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole process—communication, the repair itself—and he explained in detail how he would transfer the data from the old key to the new one.

He pulled it off, and I had my car back in less time and for way less money. Juan, you’re the best.

Lost my key and called in and they came the next day to make me a new one and he was good at communicating with me and was fast at making my key only took him 10 minutes to make my key definitely recommend.

We were passing through town over the holidays (entire family + dog in tow). When we stopped for lunch our car wouldn’t restart due to a faulty FOB. What a gem, was sitting at the light and looked over and decided to pop in to see if they’d be able to copy my truck bed toolbox key, which is a special key that hardware stores cannot do.

Less than 5 minutes I had two copies. the gentleman that helped me was very friendly.

Very over price for building lock key copying. Hardware charge $4.00 this key copying machine charge 14 dollars with some added design to it for easy recognition on specific lock. I’m giving it 3 stars because of convenience. The store is close to my house. I will drive to hardware store next time.

Found a solution to a very expensive situation I had about a programmed car key replacement. I literally saved myself at least $200 and most importantly, my precious time.
