I have used 3 kiosks so far. The one in Houston, Tx did well, but did not send a coupon or ask for a review. (I liked the buy one for $3 get one for $1).
The one in San Antonio on Austin Hwy did well, but I had to buy 2 for $3 each in order to get one for $1.
The one on Walzem starts in English, but continues in Spanish…also it would not accept my coupon code. Nor did it offer a second key for a discounted price.
All the keys work great.

I went to Lowe’s to get a key cut and after trying to get help 3 times over a period of 10 minutes an employee pointed me towards the minute key kiosk. It was wonderful! Put your key in, select the key you want, pay for it, and a minute later you have a key. No waiting on another person to find time to help you. And, yes, the key works.

Highly recommend! I have been trying to find a good and reputable locksmith for months that would be able cut and program a key to my vehicle. For months I have been left with no one returning calls or getting a TON of spam calls back to back. When I was about ready to give up and just go to the dealership, I found GLC. Not only did they answer my call, they were also able to put me in contact with a tech that was literally less than 5 minutes from my house. Once I arrived, the tech was quick and efficient and very polite. He had my key cut in no time and I was on my way. Much more affordable than the others I have spoke with in the past and definitely more affordable than the dealership! Very professional service. If you need a locksmith, I would give GLC a call.

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

I bought a safe from these guys and it has been a year but they gave me a safe that was not inspected correctly and as sold with issues just barely after a year. They wanted to charge me for the locking bolts falling off. Can’t open the safe now, they told me I needed to leave my safe open. How does that make sense it’s a safe not a closet.
Now they won’t help me!
