Mailed me copies of my spare house keys in PAPER ENVELOPES DURING RAINY SPRING WEATHER THIS YEAR. Guess what happened. Both keys didn’t make it to my PO Box.

They ‘claimed’ they got a new copy made and mailed it to me in the proper packaging (something they should have done IN THE FIRST PLACE) then proceeded to tell me that I don’t have to BUT I can pay them for their screw up since it costed them money to ship the key.

Very disappointed in their behavior. I was going to let it go and not leave a bad review but I changed my mind. I paid for every service up front including the cost of getting the keys shipped to me so they should have never in their life expected me to pay extra for their screw up.

They said it was optional but I don’t care. They shouldn’t have brought that up. To make matters worse, I NEVER RECEIVED THE NEW KEY THEY SO CALLED DELIVERED TO MY PO BOX.

I had went with a different locksmith company. To be fair their prices are very reasonable BUT you have to deal with whatever BS that comes with it.

Quick service. The new key fob works better than the old one. Friendly service- I’d definitely call them back next time I have another locksmith related issue. They had the best price too!

Super helpful! I locked the keys in my runninf care and didn’t have the spare available. It was a Sunday night around 8:30pm that i called and they had someone out in 40 min, and he opened and unlocked my car within a few min. Great experience for the service needed. Obviously it sucked paying $70 i would have preferred not to spend but glad we didn’t have to break a window or pay $400 for a new key on the spot.

This service is wonderful! I went to Wal-Mart to have house keys made. The associate in the automotive department told me that Walmart no longer makes house keys. He the directed me to the Minute Key kiosk. This process couldn’t have been easier, and all of the keys work!!!

Ric was great! I was locked out of my truck with it running in a fire lane (don’t ask!). It took less than 30 minutes from the time I made the call to the time Ric had performed the service and I rendered payment. Top notch, fast service at a reasonable price. Will absolutely use again and recommend you do as well. You won’t be disappointed.

I like using Minute Key but i would like it better if there was an option to cut another key, in the same transation, using the same form of payment — rather than having to start over each time and type in an email address again. When making several copies of keys, having to put in all the information over and over is time-consuming and inconvenient.
