None of my 3 keyes I made unlock my door. They unlock the top dead bolt on top but not the bottom lock. Very disappointed.

Josh was awesome, he came to the rescue and I didn’t have to wait longer than 30 minutes in total. He also was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. Dropped off my kids, and somehow my key fab went missing! Also gave me a discount!!

Lost my key and called in and they came the next day to make me a new one and he was good at communicating with me and was fast at making my key only took him 10 minutes to make my key definitely recommend.

I was in the area today and decided to stop by this place since it was literally next door lol! (Dropping off a package) My car key fob was messed up and was wondering if there was anything that could be done for it. An employee named Ray was there and was VERY helpful with my problem! Unfortunately he didn’t have the right kind of battery that my key needed BUT he was able to show me how to replace the battery myself and what kind of battery it needed☺️ I will DEFINITELY make this my go-to business for my key/locksmith issues. I only give 4/5 since he didn’t have the battery on-hand lol. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of 5 ⭐s!

Bizarre experience. Wouldn’t tell me the name of the company he worked for. I was trying to pay over the phone, and he kept trying to get me to text him pictures of my debit card (front and back). He wouldn’t let me relay the info over the phone, pay online, or provide a business email address. My friend had to run after him to get a receipt. He took my sister’s iPhone and wouldn’t give them back until we paid…we were trying to pay, though. He was just being super weird about how we were to relay the payment information. We ended up giving him cash, and he jetted for his truck, which is when my friend had to literally run in order to obtain a receipt. Way overpriced. Bizarre and unfortunate experience. I do not recommend and will never be using this national locksmith dispatch service ever again.

Found a solution to a very expensive situation I had about a programmed car key replacement. I literally saved myself at least $200 and most importantly, my precious time. I was so happy to find a friendly & welcoming business! JD & Francisco make a great team! Thank you both, and may your key shop JD continue to prosper! I told JD that for Christmas everyone in my family will get a personalized key to my home. Of course they will be happy, I always have food!
