Arlan was awesome! I could not recommend them more. At the end of the day we broke a key in our main entrance lock. He was there in 20 minutes and fixed a problem we were afraid was going to cost us thousands of dollars. Not just the lock that we messed up, but realigned some closers and rods so the door could be closed and locked properly without excessive force. We have struggled with this since the doors were installed. He did all of this in under 45 minutes. This is Service Excellence at its best

I went by to get a set of keys made for my truck a key and a fob which had to be programmed. Elvis welcomed me in when I entered the office, and asked how he could help and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and quick at his job. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Key Depot.

It was VERY disappointing to be unable to simply duplicate a key, being REQUIRED to buy a high-priced style, but I was very glad to contribute to planting trees – my contribution would have been more had I not been forced to spend money on keys. Next time I’ll just go to Lock Doc, keys made for $2, half of what MK charged
