For the record I called 3 other shops before I called Triple R. All three were Google answered to companies that are call centers only that end up hiring a locksmith for you and tack on unnecessary fees brought to you by Google. When I called them they were polite and professional. I spoke with Trevor who was very patient with all my questions and very helpful. Also had the pleasure of speaking with Ted who I understand is Trevor’s dad. Both were top professional to speak with. If you are looking for a legit company to work with save yourself the time and hassle of calling anywhere and use these guys. Highly recommended!!!

I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn’t in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn’t because of the mistake. It’s because they didn’t take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do… Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I haven’t used Peter’s services yet, but maybe I can save you the trouble of calling this company and I guess just call Peter instead. That’s what they will tell you to do…

Well I’ve been using Michael’s keys for over 10 years now. However I’m going to avoid this Colleyville location like the plague from now on. This location has gone downhill for many years now. No one’s friendly, and now getting answers or help is nearly impossible. Last 3 times I’ve been here to get help with an issue it’s been met with rudeness or even getting up from their chair. I showed him an assa abloy electronic security latch and he looked up and said nope we don’t carry those and that was it, he was done with me. I also had them come out to a site to look atvsome flush bolts, problem ended up not being the hardware itself but an issue with the hole at the bottom, I asked if he could attach a plate to the bottom of the door so the bolt wouldn’t have so much room to jiggle around. He said no the door was to damaged. I ended up paying over $170 for him to come out and say he couldn’t do anything. He did have another guy come out to see about door replacement and get me an estimate. The guy was out there the next day, but im still waiting on the estimate. That was 4-6 weeks ago. I ended up repairing the door the exact way I asked him if he could do it. The door was not badly damaged like he said it was.
If you need to get a key made, I recommend here, but that’s it.

I called in because my car would not respond to my key fob. I spoke to a dispatch on the phone and informed them that: (1) my car would lock with the key fob (I heard the mechanism when I pressed the button, and saw headlights flash), (2) my car would not unlock (heard nothing and saw no headlight flash), and (3) I could not physically get the key to unlock the car by sticking it in the keyhole in the door and turning. I was assured a new key would fix all this.

Locksmith showed up and took a quick look at the situation and the facts above. He told me a new key would not fix a mechanical issue and I probably needed to go to a shop to get the door looked at, and it would be a waste of money to get a new key for several hundred dollars. He called the dispatch and I spoke to them and we explained the situation and that he would just unlock the car for me. It ended up being a purely mechanical issue and we had to unlock the passenger side as the driver’s side door had physically locked up. The company still charged me the full $322.49, as if I had received a new key! Terrible dispatcher service, terrible administrative service, good and honest locksmith.

They were Mobile and came to me. I needed a key fob programmed to my grand daughter’s car. Tech (Parris) was quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. As I purchased an after market fob…it refused programming (argh!). But Parris, recommended purchasing a fob from them. I did and viola…fob works (yay!)! Spending $221 for fob and programming beats dealer pricing any day.
(Sent my “reject fob” back and getting a refund)

Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.
