I had a key in my ignition that was stuck WHILE the vehicle was running. I made the call off a shop suggestion. Very happy with Jerrys service. He was there in 15 minutes.👏🤯 He had my ignition removed in my Volkswagen in 2 minutes!! From the time he pulled into park until I was able to start my car and leave with a brand new ignition was 20 minutes!!!👍👍👍

I bought two keys. One doesn’t work at all (Cowboys key), and the color was already falling off in my hand. The other key is tight in the lock and I hope eventually it will work. Not happy at all with spending that much for keys that don’t work or look good at all. 🤦🏾‍♂️ I’ll have to go elsewhere next time.

I should have read the reviews before calling them. I decided not to use their services based on the reviews. They charged me $60 for cancellation, since they required my credit card information at the time of the call. Another lesson learned!

Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS… Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock… They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open…. The price was incredibly reasonable.
Will call again and I do recommend highly.

Fast service and great prices. “Car Keys Express” out side of Sam’s club, wanted to charge me $50 just to cut a simple vehicle key (No programming). I came to My Local Lock Smit and was charged $10 per key.
They also were able to program and cut a Fiat keyfob with no issues. Something the competition could not do.

Overall very pleased with the service. Will be using them again.

I called Mr Dennis expecting to have to make an appointment but he said he could come out right then! He arrived promptly and proceeded to unlock my vehicle within about 5 minutes! He then checked the fobs since neither one of them worked, he swapped out the batteries and reprogrammed them in a matter of a few minutes. He got the vehicle opened and running so fast we were so impressed! I highly recommend him and hopefully I will not need him again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call him again!
