Axel was great, we shopped around for prices and he beat everyone’s price. Also, his service was very fast. Nice people but complete waste of money. Needed keys made quick, pulled up and confirmation that key could be made was fast. Paid $60 for 2 keys, dropped them off, and I wake up to calls that neither key works at 6AM. Maybe I came on the wrong day but the guy was really nice at least. Might go better with a different key type

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!

These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?

Great and fast service! I needed a car key made and had been turned away at two hardware stores as they didn’t have the chip key needed. I brought it to AAA and they not only had the key, it was comparably cheap to Home Depot and Lowe’s! The whole process took less than 10 mins and was about great, they even offered to check it before charging me.

My office door locked and we couldn’t find the key anywhere. I called Biggs Safe & Lock and they had Adrian on the way immediately. From the initial phone call to him arriving on-site and getting my door open, the whole process took under an hour!

I recently needed a replacement key for my car after losing my spare. I contacted Advent Key and Lock, and they came out to my home the very next day. They programmed the fob and made me a key on the spot.

Originally, I purchased a fob from Amazon (which I do not recommend), and unfortunately, that fob stopped working shortly after. I reached out to Advent Key and Lock again, and they worked with me to find a solution. I had already paid $195 for the first service, which was still much cheaper than the dealership. I did pay a bit more for a new fob that they supplied, but it was worth it because it came with a 60-day warranty.

We met in San Marcos (which worked out perfectly since we were traveling), and they quickly programmed their fob for me. In hindsight, I should have just bought their fob from the beginning for $220 plus $35 to cut the key—it would have saved me time and trouble.

I highly recommend Advent Key and Lock for any key or lock issues. Their pricing is fair, service is quick, and their customer service is excellent. If I ever have another issue with my car keys, I won’t hesitate to call them again. Jeremiah helped me with this process!
