S550 key fob was the main event in a 3 ring circus today!! Car won’t open or start, remote not detectable!!! 3 tow companies were no help with lockout. At 6pm on a hot dusty Friday night I called Rapid Key and Lock and the owner gave me hope. Inquired on what the others tried and said let us give it a try and if we can’t open it NO CHARGE!! The owner called tech Isiah T. he was there in 30 minutes. Went above and beyond with care and great customer service. I hope I don’t ever get locked out again but if I do I know who to call.

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!
