Called for estiment on key with programming. They are very, very high priced compared to other in area. After thanking them for estimate and turning down service they have continued to call AND text me several times a day to make can appointment. No means no in my world.

I do not recommend this company. I called to have them open a smart key lock. They came and didn’t have the proper tool to do the job. They wanted to drill it out!! Said it was the only way. I know that isn’t true there is a tool you can use to open the lock and still be able to use your key. It does break the smart key mechanism so you can’t re-key it. If it wasn’t bad enough that they did not have the proper tool the charged me a $30 service charge. In my opinion both their lack of equipment and charging me because they were not prepared to open my lock is very unprofessional and will not use them again.

LIFE SAVER – They don’t make them like they used to, I’m so glad I found Goan! After many unsuccessful attempts from other places to get a simple key cut, the team here knocked out 5 keys faster than any other machine I’ve seen before.

It feels good to support local, I highly recommend using someone with a store front, keys in stock and friendly service

The guy Israel here at Tony’s is top notch. Isreal was the only one there at the moment and he was knocking out jobs as fast as they came in.
