European cars expert/ excellent service
One day I was at the mall with my family and my Audi suddenly decided not to recognize the key (chip failure) so I couldn’t start the vehicle to take me back home. After calling ten different companies, it turned out none of them could do anything about it because “European cars are really hard to work with,” and they all said I’d have to take it to the dealership—which would’ve meant an absurd amount of time and money.

One day, as my last hope, I called another locksmith company, and they recommended Juan from “Chief locks and Auto”. He literally saved the day. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole process—communication, the repair itself—and he explained in detail how he would transfer the data from the old key to the new one.

He pulled it off, and I had my car back in less time and for way less money. Juan, you’re the best.

Lost my key and called in and they came the next day to make me a new one and he was good at communicating with me and was fast at making my key only took him 10 minutes to make my key definitely recommend.

Edit: they sent someone out to fix my fob!
I hate leaving bad reviews but after trying to reach them numerous times and no one ever calling us back (although I was promised a call back “in a few minutes”), I have too. They did a great job re-fobing my car but a month and a half later, the fob is no longer working. We have tried calling to find out next steps, but cannot reach anyone to help us. This was an expensive re-fob and just need help with next steps. So great service, but if you need help afterward, good luck.

Found a solution to a very expensive situation I had about a programmed car key replacement. I literally saved myself at least $200 and most importantly, my precious time. i had never used or seen these kiosks. My boss asked me to go get some store keys made. I was so impressed with the easy and user friendly qualities of this kiosk. No more days of going to big box stores and hoping the right person is working and available to make a key. In the time I had 3 keys made and done is usually how long it takes to find “the guy” that does the keys in a big box store and the price was perfect! Maybe even cheaper!
