Headline: Extremely Overpriced – Be Wary of Hidden “Emergency” Fees
I am writing this to warn others about the pricing structure here. While the service itself was fine, the communication and billing were unacceptable. I was told the technician would arrive in 20–25 minutes; he arrived in an hour and ignored my calls in between.
Most importantly, I was charged $796 to unlock a vehicle—a job that took less than five minutes. Despite explicitly telling the dispatcher this was not an emergency, the locksmith claimed that requesting service “as soon as possible” justified an emergency rate. Expecting to pay around $250, I was shocked by a bill nearly triple that amount. This is not a sustainable way to build a loyal customer base. I will not be returning and suggest looking elsewhere for fair, transparent pricing.

Samuel was very professional and courteous. Took about 50 minutes from. Start to finish!! I lost both sets of keys so I was devastated. They asked me ahead of time to send a picture of my fab to ensure they had them in stock, I was so relieved when it was exactly what the dealership sent me home with/ no ghetto fab yay!!.
The dealership was going to charge me $600 & I would have to tow my truck over there. Kuddos and much thanks, was so happy to be on my way!

Honestly, I was in a rush and remembered seeing the machine in a grocery store but I never checked the price. I found out too late that a regular brass key $11.88!! I’m not using this brand again. Minute Key is $5.00 so are a lot of Locksmith shops.

These guys saved the day. I hadn’t realized my truck key had snapped in two when I locked it to go inside the 7-Eleven by The Forum until I came back outside and tried unlocking it. I googled “locksmith” and started walking over here, hoping for a miracle. The key itself was a very worn down copy of the original. Not only did they earnestly try their best to craft a successful copy based on the two pieces I handed them, but they made an exact copy of its worn state AND a like new copy to spec just to increase my chances of success when I walked back to my truck up the road. VERY reasonable prices. I think the young man that attended me was named Layton, but they all worked together and seemed very knowledgeable here. The security by the waiting area was friendly too. Tori was her name if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again y’all. Oh, P.S. both copies worked just fine, I can only imagine how buttery smooth the copy would’ve been had I provided an intact key to begin with!

Look for the minute key near the self checkout by the doors. Home depot has other key making machines that require an associate to make them for you.

Keys look good. Minus one star because you have to pay for the keys at the checkout.
