Hard to get a hold of. I was recommended to them twice for two different events. I called and left a voicemail both times and never received a call back. Disappointing.

They were Mobile and came to me. I needed a key fob programmed to my grand daughter’s car. Tech (Parris) was quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. As I purchased an after market fob…it refused programming (argh!). But Parris, recommended purchasing a fob from them. I did and viola…fob works (yay!)! Spending $221 for fob and programming beats dealer pricing any day.
(Sent my “reject fob” back and getting a refund)

payed him to make me a new key since i lost my old one. he made me the key and i went home fine until i wanted to unlock my car to go somewhere and the door lock was messed up. texted him and showed him the issue but he said he couldn’t help even though i had seen him mess with the door lock. had to call up a different locksmith to come help me open my car and see what was the issue. turns out tony broke something from the inside which basically didn’t allow me to unlock my door anymore :/ asked for a refund and didn’t get a response. i just honestly want my money back since my key is basically useless and i have to pay to get that fixed now since he can’t fix my door lock. All i gotta say is be careful out there when these people are messing around with your vehicle because they will end up making things worse and not take accountability in the end so it’s always good to keep an eye out and see what they are doing. i put the video that i sent him showing that i couldn’t open my door anymore and he didn’t even respond to it.

Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS… Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock… They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open…. The price was incredibly reasonable.
Will call again and I do recommend highly.

So I had 2 keys made, by humans that worked but not that great and then I needed another key so I went to the do it yourself machine…..well it made the best key. Works as good as the original. Will be using again if I have a need.
