Wow! I’m so grateful and impressed by Ray’s customer service, prompt response time, and efficient work! I had locked myself out of my car in the early A.M. hours while it was still dark out, and I had called 4 other locksmith call centers previously with false promises to call back and hours of silence! I couldn’t even get roadside assistance! Ray picked up immediately, was kind on the phone and in person, and was happy to help! The price was fair and affordable with a small wait time to arrive, and the process was seamless and such a relief! I’m still so absolutely grateful and happy to have had his help! I will be recommending his services to my friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors! Thank you!

I entered wrong email address for my electronic reciept so I called to correct mistake and a young lady representative named Alyssa was very impatient and not long into the call she hung up on me although I called back got Gil to help me .
He was very polite and very friendly.

Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS… Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock… They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open…. The price was incredibly reasonable.
