The key man is as dedicated as they come. I will tell you there are very few people left in this world who do business and actually care about a job well done like Idan. My key stopped working after I left it in my pants and sent it through the washer machine. My car was stranded in a parking lot for two days due to an issue with the ignition system. Idan came out two days in a row and diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Now I have two working fobs with newly cut emergency keys that I vow never to wash again. I would recommend this guy 100x over any other locksmith. Good man. Good work.

Emilio was awesome! He helped me very quickly! And when the aftermarket key didn’t work, he gave me the original one so I could have a key right then. 100% recommend them! They’ve very quick and attentive!

They broke my lock not picked and charged me 530 bucks. Wasn’t told broke lock until examined later after payment. Was busy with grandfather who died hours ago. Then guy makes comment how it’s good thing or some fortune cookie nonsense.

Can’t recommend these guys enough, super responsive, very helpful, can meet you for a fee or you can go to them, I only needed 2 door keys and they are just as cheap as minute machines but 10 times better quality. Support a local business if you need and locksmith work and pick these guys

Emilio was awesome and very timely. My alarm was going off on my 2016 Ford Mustang but my key fob was broken. Once I called he was here new key fob and programmed and done in less than an hour👍 thank you so much.

Lost the keys for a 2006 Kia Spectra and it sat on my driveway for months. Finally got some extra cash and gave Pronto a call. They had a tech at my house within an hour. Once he arrived, I had a brand new set of keys within 15 minutes. The whole process was very easy and convenient, but I did not like the price. $330 for a car that old with a basic key is outrageous! My fault for not shopping around, but I doubt they’d offer a quote beforehand, wouldn’t be good for business I imagine.

Adir was extremely knowledgeable about locksmithing and communicated clearly and promptly over text. He was very reasonable in his pricing and consistently put the customer first. There was a portion of the work he was unable to complete, but rather than forcing a solution or risking damage to another lock, he focused on completing what he could and referred me to someone better suited for the remaining issue. That level of honesty and consideration speaks volumes. Adir is trustworthy, professional, and very easy to work with.
