Let me be real clear that my 5 star goes to TYLER with pop a lock. Dude is a Rockstar. Won’t lie, scared the shit out of me any my friend the way he rolled up BUT the fact that he showed up in FIVE minutes when they told us 30 was outstanding!! My first question was do you get tipped because holy moly thank you Tyler for not having us wait all night. When I first heard the price I was like DAMN but they are all as amazing as TYLER I’ll pay that fee and tip happily because he deserved it for his speedy and efficient services especially because I gave him a hard time for scaring me 🤣 THANK YOU TYLER

Everything was great as fast as it could make the keys.. My only thought is I wished we could have a better variety of keys. This is my third time to use this and when I switch out the old for the new I have to be careful and not mix them up.. Because I usually have to get several keys made at one time.. Other than that ya’ll are awesome…

Useless key that cost $6.50. Decided to use the kiosk and skip the line at the traditional key machine inside Lowe’s. The key looks pretty but it won’t even begin to turn the lock. Emailed customer service 2 days ago. No response. So much for the money back satisfaction guarantee I guess.

If you have time to wait for a few minutes, this machine will make keys for you. It just takes too long for me, and sometimes it jams up. They will refund your money back if you use a credit card. Other than that, it’s ok.
