Called A-1 Locksmith and the young lady that answered the phone was so nice and understanding of my situation….She had to check to see if technician the had the remote in stock, and instead of just having me on hold, she stated she would call me right back.. Then 20 minutes later she did call and the tech had the remote … One hour later Salvador the A-1 technician showed up and was super friendly and helpful…I will always recommend A-1 locksmith to everyone …

First of all, they can only MAIL the key to you, that is unless you agree to pay $13 for a “premium upgrade” to a key that is “cut better” thatn the regular one they offer. Then you call “customer service” and a teenager picks up and is USELESS and no help at all. Then you try said “premium cut key” and it DOESN’T WORK. When you try to call back at 6pm….THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Don’t use this company, EVER!
