While the key works, I found the service to be overpriced. Additionally, I was disappointed that I could not receive the non-chip metal key for my
2013 Freightliner at the kiosk and instead had to wait for it to arrive by mail.

The service was quick and efficient. Exactly what I needed after a long day. Lee was amazing. Very professional. No one wants to be locked out, and it was an extra cost I wasn’t expecting. But Lee made it bearable and I really appreciate the quick turnaround and the friendly service! I hope this doesn’t happen again, but if it does I know who to call!
