I recently bought a 2024 Ram2500 and needed a second key fob since the dealership only gave me one fob. I bought a key fob online and they were able to program the fob and also cut the key for me. They were very friendly and charged a very fair price.

The guys at Central Keys CTL have done a great job both times I’ve used them. Once was to assemble and re-key a lock for my truck when it was broken in to and most recently to come out to the house to make a key for a gate lock that I never got when I purchased the house. Both guys John and Keith helped me were super friendly, the service was quick and the work was done very well. I’ll definitely continue to use them in the future. They also repaired a smart key fob for 2019 Nissan Altima for no charge ah it was just a battery replacement I had to provide Thanks again guys. I won’t be looking for any locksmith in future

Okay first of all this place is awesome! I called ahead of time ask for price they told me to price, when I got there the price was exactly what they told me. I literally got some water from their little water machine and sat down, by the time I sat down and looked up at the television they were already done! I was utterly shocked, thinking that was it it was that fast and yes it was that fast! Did not even take 2 minutes! This place I will recommend they do cars they do locks they do homes everything they do it this place is awesome I recommend it for speed and quality definitely will be using these people again!!!!

Wow!!!!! Dan the man came out and it didn’t even take him 10 mins to get my Key made for my MLK SUV Lincoln that’s been sitting for about 38 days not knowing how I was going to pay hundreds of dollars to get the key made for this vehicle and I only end up paying $180 and it was well worth it thank you guys so much. Keep up the great work. I recommend you to whoever ever whenever.!!!!!

here is what you need to know before coming here:

so this is my first time to this location and I need it while I was in the area and while I remembered a copy of my car key to keep them my wallet at all times so I can easily unlock my car in case I lock myself out which I’ve had a reputation of doing and I highly suggest every person do

depending on the key to your model they were able to do a key for my 2006 vehicle without an issue and got it done in minutes so my experience overall was positive I thought it also take a picture of all their different locks door knobs and especially vaults and that’s something they have here they have a vault for every size imaginable

they have one restroom

they have a waiting area no Wi-Fi no outlets

I’ve been using the location off Burnet road for over a decade I’m glad to say this location as well did not disappoint with plenty of outside parking

also very affordable as they even made the key which I thought I was just going to be an extra actually able to start my vehicle now keep in mind the complaints usually are about whether the keys got a special electronic chip which they’ll try to match but again depending on what it is depends on if they even got it or if they have some special order it

that being said my experience here was again positive and overall exceeded my expectations and they were even able to make a key for my vehicle to both unlocked it and started it without an issue for less than I expected and super quick too

customer service was calm cool collected a young gentleman and an older gentleman I did not have any issues or negative interactions with them in any way shape form or fashion they were very hospitable and got me what I needed in and out quick with receipt

No one was knowledgeable in the store to assist. The machine was not able to take my first visa card with little info. I am quite upset that out of 3 keys none of them worked for $23.00. That’s a fraud machine. I would really like my money back!!!

I used the kiosk inside of the HEB in Round Rock to create 2 copies of a house key. I worked well and was fairly reasonable with price. It took about 15 minutes to create two keys. I would use it again.
