We were passing through town over the holidays (entire family + dog in tow). When we stopped for lunch our car wouldn’t restart due to a faulty FOB. Josh was awesome, he came to the rescue and I didn’t have to wait longer than 30 minutes in total. He also was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. Dropped off my kids, and somehow my key fab went missing! Also gave me a discount!!
