Sam did an amazing job rebuilding the ignition and reprogrammed a key fob and cut a new key for us. He also was able to help us with a jammed door lock which had been like that for years and he repaired in like two minutes!! Another tech had told us a whole new locking system would be needed to fix, so thank you again Sam!! Great pricing and very friendly service. Took a while to complete due to two different guys came out, but Sam is the Man!! The other tech set us up for very good pricing and we were very thankful. Win, win!! Thank you guys! We found them through our Triple A service.

Explained my situation, said the man who deals with that was not in and would call back and did. Was quoted $297 plus tax to “get in” and I said okay (should have asked the off chance of no entry how much) He was in fact not able to get in. So I was charged $213 (tax included) and a broken door handle which will now have to be fully replaced for the inside of the whole garage door as well OVERALL a bigger headache. If he would have just told me from the get go that it’s not possible (he kept saying it was “what he was thinking” plenty of times) after I explained everything to him then I would have just said “I unfortunately do not need your services, thank you” as I don’t have “what if” money to blow. (Before and after and some damage to the garage door now from the drilling)
