I recently contacted a company to help me unlock my farmhouse, as I had left the key at another house in Houston. Having just moved to the area, I was unfamiliar with the local roads and couldn’t provide detailed directions. Despite offering to pay the quoted amount in advance and even suggesting to meet in person to prove my sincerity, the representative quickly accused me of trying to scam them. The situation escalated when they became very rude and eventually blocked my number. I then had to call another service in Lufkin, which meant waiting an additional hour. My experience with this company was extremely unpleasant, and I would advise others to avoid them.

Update: Billy Lee’s Locksmith Service Inc, despite being an hour away, is willing to come to me and charge $160. In contrast, G&G, which is only 20 minutes away, quoted $222.
