I had a key in my ignition that was stuck WHILE the vehicle was running. I made the call off a shop suggestion. Very happy with Jerrys service. He was there in 15 minutes.👏🤯 He had my ignition removed in my Volkswagen in 2 minutes!! From the time he pulled into park until I was able to start my car and leave with a brand new ignition was 20 minutes!!!👍👍👍

He came out expecting just to program my ford keys after I attempted to program them. But it ended up being a weird mess.. He took his time, tried every available tool known. To end up figuring out there was an original key tapped to the security ring that was preventing the keys to be programmed.. to say he went above and beyond was an understatement… you can’t go wrong by calling him… excellent service 10 stars

I called Mr Dennis expecting to have to make an appointment but he said he could come out right then! He arrived promptly and proceeded to unlock my vehicle within about 5 minutes! He then checked the fobs since neither one of them worked, he swapped out the batteries and reprogrammed them in a matter of a few minutes. He got the vehicle opened and running so fast we were so impressed! I highly recommend him and hopefully I will not need him again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call him again! Excellent Service. Robert was very professional…. After calling every locksmith in town only to hear “We don’t do BMW’s” I called him back and he came out… At one point I cancelled because someone else was going to get there first, and he said, “don’t let them do it, they will pry on your door and possibly damage your car.” I decided to use his service because he said he could do it without prying on the door frame. He was there quickly, and got my door open in less than 10 minutes… Will definitely save his number for other locksmith needs!

Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS… Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock… They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open…. The price was incredibly reasonable.
Will call again and I do recommend highly.

Mailed me copies of my spare house keys in PAPER ENVELOPES DURING RAINY SPRING WEATHER THIS YEAR. Guess what happened. Both keys didn’t make it to my PO Box.

They ‘claimed’ they got a new copy made and mailed it to me in the proper packaging (something they should have done IN THE FIRST PLACE) then proceeded to tell me that I don’t have to BUT I can pay them for their screw up since it costed them money to ship the key.

Very disappointed in their behavior. I was going to let it go and not leave a bad review but I changed my mind. I paid for every service up front including the cost of getting the keys shipped to me so they should have never in their life expected me to pay extra for their screw up.

They said it was optional but I don’t care. They shouldn’t have brought that up. To make matters worse, I NEVER RECEIVED THE NEW KEY THEY SO CALLED DELIVERED TO MY PO BOX.

I had went with a different locksmith company. To be fair their prices are very reasonable BUT you have to deal with whatever BS that comes with it.
