My son’s car has been sitting for weeks because we lost his key. Tejas Lock and Key answered their FB messages very quickly. After we set up a time and day, they got the job done so fast. We got two keys for the ignition made and they made one for the door as well. They are located in Vernon, but came to Childress to do several jobs in one day. It’s good to know they can be mobile and get to you anywhere in the area. Good communication and professional guys! We are so happy to have use of the car again!! I am so happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution
I am writing this review to warn others, especially women, about my recent experience with IQ Locksmith and the owner, Isaac.
I hired this company to help secure my home, specifically requesting a high-security solution. Isaac charged me $650 for a commercial-grade lock, assuring me it was pick-proof and would prevent unauthorized entry. Not only did the lock fail to function properly—it actually became stuck—but the issue I hired him to solve remains completely unresolved.
When I contacted him to address the malfunctioning hardware, he refused to return to service the lock or provide a refund. Furthermore, I later discovered that the lock he charged me $650 for retails for approximately $70. The markup, combined with his service fees, feels like predatory pricing.
Beyond the poor workmanship and the significant financial loss, I found Isaac to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their locksmith needs. Do not trust your home security or your business to this individual.

There was a $60 calling fee, which is way above the average price of around ~$20. The price was absurdly ludicrous. Save yourself some money, and call a key master.
You can get two keys for much cheaper than it is to pay for GLC’s services.

I would rather throw a brick through my window, clean the glass up, blow my own glass, and insert it into the window slider than calling these people for their services.
I would suggest literally any other solution before calling these people.

Not only that, but I would be happy to voluntarily lock my vehicle with my keys left in them, if it meant that I could be refunded.

No receipt was given.

This service is horrible! I had 3 keys made & they didn’t work! I spent $30 on keys that don’t work & I have absolutely NO WAY to get a refund! Thankfully there was a lumber yard nearby that had a love person that can make keys & came with a will do it right till they work or you we will give you your money back!! I do not recommend wasting your money on a kiosk!
