Huge shout out to Ricky and the entire staff at Sure Lock and Key in Cypress, TX. Great service and communication. My used vehicle only came with one key fob, and I needed a second device. I called around to get an estimate for an additional key and programming. Sure Lock and Key quoted me over the phone and came in 40% less expensive that the next guy. Ricky came out at the pre-arranged time and knew exactly how to handle the issue. The bill came out a little less than the estimate, which was a nice touch! Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment with this guy a few days in advance because I needed these doors open on my commercial building to get some property out that was being picked up. I drive an hour to my building and wait. Twenty minutes into the scheduled appointment time, I didn’hear anything so I reached out and he told me that he had a semi that he was trying to reekey, and it was going to be a while. A few minutes later he called me back and canceled. This put me in a terrible position because I had people on their way to this location to pick items up and I cannot open the doors. Horrible service.

I called Leinos because i locked my keys in my semi truck, they advised me it would take 30-40 mins for them to get to me, Tyler arrived in about 20-25 mins of initial call! Soon as he made it he sprung into action and got my doors unlocked within 10 mins! Great service great communication and very knowledgeable of what they are doing! Good honest ppl that i would recommend to anyway in the North houston area
