I don’t usually do the review thing but Jacob’s on the ball! Even on a Sunday afternoon when I know he had better things to do, he was here and I was taken care of within an hour of initial conversation. It only took that long because of the drive (I live in BFE). Definitely worth taking the time to give this review!

Out of 8 keys made not one worked. After reading the others reviews it seems the machine at Walmart in Port Arthur is definitely off as most people are having the same problems. Wasted 30.00 stay way from that machine. Added photo of Minute key below original key

Just had George give me battery service. He was quick friendly and a pleasure to have. Gave good advice and would recommend pop a lock to all my new friends. Im new in town. And glad to have this kind of customer services.

Had movers at the property I was moving out of unable to get in my garage to get my washer and dryer and the movers were ready to leave without my appliances. I called this company in a panic and Jeremy came right over once I proved residence there and saved me in my emergency moment! Thank you guys so much for helping me out! Scheduled to have someone come out last Friday and reprogram my Key Fob, but no one showed up. We reached out and were told someone would be there tomorrow, Saturday came and someone did show up, we brought him my keys and expected that he would reprogram the key as discussed…
Instead we came out and found he left my keys in my car, the door open to the car in the driveway and left without saying a word. We were having the key fob replaced because our other vehicle was STOLEN from the exact same driveway the night before, where he left my open car with the keys in it. We called the tech who came out and found out he had done nothing while he was there, we have been trying to get in touch with them or the business since Saturday & no one has returned our calls. Just a very unprofessional & odd experience all around.

I needed a laser key cut and my auto key fob programmed. I was referred to Beaumont lock from Ace hardware. I arrived at the office , called the locksmith, and was told he would be at the office in about 10 minutes. Locksmith arrived promptly and took care of my needs immediately. I note that I have been quoted an extremely high price for only cutting the key. My price from Beaumont lock was much lower.
I was treated with respect. Answering my questions was appreciated.
If you need any lock service, I highly recommend Beaumont Lock!

This is the first time I have ever had a complaint with the MinuteKey service. I had keys cut yesterday and the keys dont’ work. They don’t even fit in the lock. Usually, if the machine can’t match the key with an appropriate blank, for whatever reason, the machine will say that and reject the task. This time, it didn’t indicate an issue and cut the keys on a blank that was not the correct size. I’m very dissapointed that I spent my money and now have 3 keys that dont work.
