I had a flat tire with no spare and needed a tow, Roadside service told me it would be an hour before they got there but Caroll’s Wrecker Service showed up in about 15 minutes! Theres was a small issue that caused some damage to my vehicle, BUT Justin went above and beyond to make things right. They covered the full repair cost and EVEN paid for my flat tire. Justin was so kind, honest, and easy to work with the entire time. It’s rare these days to find a business that truly stands behind their work and treats customers with that level of care. I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled everything and would recommend them without hesitation!
