I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jacob from AJ Locksmith for the installation of a unique smart door lock, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Called at 8pm because I got locked out of my camper. A technician came out and popped my door open at 10:45 pm. The big issue is that he charged 371.52 to do so! He was here for 10 minutes or so with a 40 minute drive, out for less than an hour, and charged 372 dollars. Women who don’t have men around should not use this place, they will take advantage and scam you for as much money as possible.

Edit: I received a partial refund of 179, bringing the total down to 200. 200 is still a lot, but is closer to industry standard and the top end of what I was quoted. Not happy that my partner had to deal with it, but I’m glad I saw the money I needed back.

Junior over the phone and Tom at our location were absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning, Junior took the time to walk us through our options, explaining everything clearly and making recommendations that truly had our best interest in mind.
