I got locked out of my car late at night in the Beaumont area, and he showed up in under 20 minutes—super fast response just like promised on the site. He was professional, friendly, got the job done quickly without any damage, and charged a fair price with no hidden fees. As a local guy, Lance clearly knows his stuff and cares about helping people out in a pinch. I’ve dealt with sketchy locksmiths before, but this was a refreshing experience. Had movers at the property I was moving out of unable to get in my garage to get my washer and dryer and the movers were ready to leave without my appliances. I called this company in a panic and Jeremy came right over once I proved residence there and saved me in my emergency moment! Thank you guys so much for helping me out! I needed a laser key cut and my auto key fob programmed. I was referred to Beaumont lock from Ace hardware. I arrived at the office , called the locksmith, and was told he would be at the office in about 10 minutes. Locksmith arrived promptly and took care of my needs immediately. I note that I have been quoted an extremely high price for only cutting the key. My price from Beaumont lock was much lower.
I was treated with respect. Answering my questions was appreciated.
If you need any lock service, I highly recommend Beaumont Lock!

I called last week to make an appointment for today to change locks on three of our doors. Owen arrived on time, did a fantastic job and was so nice. We will be repeat customers. We highly recommend this business! Also, he’s a veteran and we love doing business with people who served our country!

I don’t usually do the review thing but Jacob’s on the ball! Even on a Sunday afternoon when I know he had better things to do, he was here and I was taken care of within an hour of initial conversation. It only took that long because of the drive (I live in BFE). Definitely worth taking the time to give this review!
