Several months ago, the key for my 2015 Ford F-150 broke off the fob. Initially, I attempted to use pliers to start the vehicle, but after two months, the key was severely damaged, and starting the vehicle became impossible. The dealership quoted nearly $400 per key, requiring an in-person visit. I searched online and found Lone Star Locksmith Services with excellent ratings. I contacted them, and Jacob promptly came to my residence, providing an outstanding service. I now have two new keys and fobs, including a valet key, all completed at my home. LIFE SAVER – They don’t make them like they used to, I’m so glad I found Goan! After many unsuccessful attempts from other places to get a simple key cut, the team here knocked out 5 keys faster than any other machine I’ve seen before.

I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn’t in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn’t because of the mistake. It’s because they didn’t take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do… Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I haven’t used Peter’s services yet, but maybe I can save you the trouble of calling this company and I guess just call Peter instead. That’s what they will tell you to do…

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

I bought a safe from these guys and it has been a year but they gave me a safe that was not inspected correctly and as sold with issues just barely after a year. They wanted to charge me for the locking bolts falling off. Can’t open the safe now, they told me I needed to leave my safe open. How does that make sense it’s a safe not a closet.
Now they won’t help me!

This 5 star rating started with the very first thing—the phone call! From the very instant a woman answered and was very pleasant to talk with, She was very nice and I enjoyed our visit. Then 2 days later our technician Shane called and dropped by to take care of our needs. He was very nice , knew his work and we were pleased he came by.
