I texted them after hours on a Wednesday night asking if they could be at our office first thing Thursday morning. They replied back and said they would be there at 8 AM, and they were. They were able to get into our door that we needed access to very quickly and even made multiple keys for us while they were here. Great service overall

I will never go to the hardware store again to get a key made! It’s always such a hassle — have to ask for the associate, wait till they get there, and sometimes they don’t seem happy to help. Minute Key was so easy, convenient, and even fun to watch! I was leery about whether the key would work. I was concerned because it was not as smooth as keys made by a human, but every one of them worked perfectly!

So nice to have such a great customer experience with someone who went out of their way to help me. Called me right back, got me right in, had the exact somewhat-uncommon OEM fob I needed (in a huge stock of so many), was able to program a new key AND also cut two hard keys from scratch. Did me a solid on the price. Totally came thru for me when both the online vendor and another local locksmith did not.

Called this gentleman late this week to ask questions for a customer of mine that was stranded at my workplace and had lost the transponder out of his key to his car Yankee was very informative explained everything to me and what my options were to explain to the customer you can tell he knows what he’s doing and I like him cuz he’s blunt into the point!

We called A&D when our doorknob fell off for the upteenth time. Ashton came out and took care of it for us – without laughing at my ineptitude.

He was professional and courteous. He checked all of our exterior locks and made sure everything was functioning properly. And the price wasn’t exorbitant. We will definitely use A&D for any future locksmith needs.

Had locked my key in my truck after getting to work, gave mr.Phil a call and soon as I got off he was right there waiting for me and got it unlocked in a jiffy. His price was well worth it and affordable. He is highly reliable, id recommend you give him a call soon as you can.
