We called and were told a technician would call us. The technician called and stated he was 35 minutes away. 1 hour later I call back to check his ETA and the company says they’ll text him. 1.5 hours later we called and they couldn’t do anything except “text” the technician. We canceled the service at that point and found someone else.

Outstanding experience! I broke a key off in a tractor ignition and they extracted the broken off key for me in less than 30 seconds at a very reasonable price. Great customer service and friendly!!

I have used Minute Key several times. It is easy to use and so convenient. I made several keys (copies of 4 sets of keys) on my recent visit and all the copies work perfectly & I have to say they have worked every time in the past as well. I highly recommend Minute Key.
